Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your name and email address, and when you verified it.
• How you sign in: passkeys, an authenticator app or a password (stored as a hash), and your sessions (device and IP address).
• The organisations you belong to and your role in them, and the event registrations you link to your EventID.
• A record of important actions, including each time an app you connected reads your details.

Why

To give you one sign-in for events, so organisers, event portals and suppliers can recognise you, your organisation and your events without separate accounts.

Who sees it

• Apps you allow. Each app asks first and sees only what its consent screen lists. Each app gets its own ID for you, so apps can't match you across each other.
• Suppliers an organiser chooses. When your organisation takes part in an event, the organiser can share your organisation, event and stand or site with suppliers it picks. Organisers never share with other organisers.
• Colleagues in your organisations see your name and email.

We store your information in Australia and don't sell it.
